1. Double-click the Internet Explorer browser icon for your desktop. (other browsers can also use it)



2. Enter "Http://www.live.com" in the Address bar and search.



3. Click on the bottom right of "Unable to access your account."



4. Select "I forgot my password" and click "Next".



5. Fill in your "Microsoft account", then "enter the characters you see" and click "Next".



6. Choose the way to get secure code, take "SMS to *********77" for example. (this number is registered when you register for Microsoft (Microsoft) account)



7. According to the prompts, enter the "Back 4" of your mobile number, and then click "Send Code".
