Window 7 Home Control specification employee computer use

There is a parental control function in Windows7 that can be used to standardize the behavior of the computer. But I think, this name is called Parental control, may not be how appropriate. Microsoft take this name, let the author sounds more awkward. Does the author become the parent of the employee? Although the name is not suitable, this function is very practical.
