Failure phenomenon:
Microsoft recently pushed the August update patch, through the system or security software to update the patch, may cause users to restart the computer after the boot 0xc0000005,0xc0000008e blue screen, at the same time unable to boot the phenomenon. This behavior is related to the KB2859537 patch.
Impact System:
XP (SP3); vista_32/64 (SP2); 2003 (SP2); win7_32/64 (SP1);
The temporary scheme recommends that you press F8 into Safe mode at boot up, uninstall this patch, and reboot.
Reason Analysis:
Initial confirmation that some antivirus software is related to Windows system Security update patch (KB2859537).
Solution:
1. In the presence of the above interface, press and hold the power switch 10 seconds forced shutdown, confirm the shutdown, click again to open the key to boot, and continuously click on the keyboard F8 key, until the Advanced Launch menu (as shown below). With the keyboard in the lower right corner of the arrow key "↓" key to select "Safe mode" Press "enter".
2. Windows 7 system, click Start---Control Panel---program---program and function, click to view installed updates, find KB2859537 patch, and click Uninstall, remove the patch, please restart the computer. As shown in the following illustration:
3. After entering the system, to ensure that the "blue screen error" problem no longer occurs, please update the anti-virus software to the latest version.
