Fault symptom:
In the Win8 operating system, the camera application, lenovo settings camera components, QQ Video, and so on may flash through ripple.
Solution:
Method 1:
1. Win + Q call out the search application interface and find the camera;
2. Select the camera option at the bottom of the screen and select "more ";
3. The default flickering frequency in more options is 60 HZ. After 50 HZ is adjusted, the ripple disappears.
Method 2:
1. If you have installed QQ, you can adjust it in QQ Video Settings. In the chat window, open "video settings ";
2. Enable "image quality adjustment ";
3. "power line frequency (anti-flicker) (P)". The default value is 60 HZ. Change it to 50 HZ.
Method 3:
1. If the ThinkVantage Communications Utility application is installed in the ThinkPad notebook, open "Lenovo-Web conference" on the control panel ";
2. The slider under the "camera settings" option is pulled down to the bottom to find "advanced camera settings ";
3. The screen and QQ Video settings have the same picture quality adjustment. Change "power line frequency (anti-flickering)" from 60 HZ to 50 HZ.
