Installation or uninstallation of SQL Server encountered an error prompt: A previous program installation has created a pending file operation on the installation computer. You must restart the computer before you run the Setup program. Such as:

Workaround:

1. Enter regedit in Start-to-run (Registry Editor)
2, to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\
3, right click on the right window pendingfilerenameoperations, select Delete, and then confirm
4, reinstall, problem solving (if not resolved is another problem)
