HR recommends that people with work experience update their resumes on the website or submit their resumes for job-hopping. The first edition will receive an interview call from HR.

HR asked him about his employment time, But he proposed that it would take two months to start. The company director asked HR to keep in touch with him. After a month, HR calls to ask him about the progress of the transfer process. But I cannot contact you again, either shut down or no one answered.

Later, HR received a text message saying that he was on a business trip outside China and called back in the afternoon. But one day later, HR did not receive a call. HR gave this incident back to the director of the employing department, and finally decided not to accept him.

Of course, maybe he is not really interested in this position, but he is not clear about it, but in HR's opinion, this kind of person is very unreliable.

The most important thing to be a human is to keep your promises so that you can gain the trust of others. If there are any changes, we should inform the company in a timely manner. As a sales user, making a phone call without finding anyone is a serious problem.

Candidate D looks for job opportunities from other cities to cities not far from home. After careful selection, he delivers his resume to a desired company and applies for the position of account manager. HR informed him to come to the interview. He said he could not find a place because he was not familiar with the local area.

HR asks him about his address, tells him which bus he can get there, and suggests that he can check the Internet on his own. Zhou said that he was not clear about his address and said that he was not allowed to access the Internet.

HR suggested that he go to the Internet cafe or ask passers-by, but he still hoped that HR would tell the route directly and would not like to ask by himself. HR said that if this problem cannot be solved, how can we work in the local area in the future.

He finally decided to find his own route, arrived at the company for an interview, and passed the three rounds. When you are notified that you have already accepted the application, he said HR needs to write the salary, annual leave, weekend break, ratio of five insurances and one gold, overtime payment, and so on to him on the admission notice, only when he quit his current job can he report for duty.

HR explained the situation to him one by one, indicating that the company can enjoy annual leave, weekend weekends, no overtime under normal circumstances, and so on after one year of work. He asked: "If I am a new employee, can I take a rest on Spring Festival holidays?"
