According to the Global Mobile Equipment Suppliers Association (Suppliers Association, GSA), 101 companies in 41 countries are or are planning to deploy LTE networks, including 3 commercially available systems, namely, Sweden, Norway and Uzbekistan.
According to the report, another 31 operators around the world set up an LTE pilot or technical test to prepare for formal business services.
A total of 132 operators are investing in LTE in 56 countries around the world.

Preparations are under way for the LTE business in Armenia, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, China, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Latvia, Libya, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, China Taiwan, Philippines, UAE, UK, United States and Uzbekistan.
