2DECOMP&FFT 1.4.682 Release FORTRAN framework

2decomp&fft is a http://www.aliyun.com/zixun/aggregation/29818.html ">fortran framework for building software for large-scale concurrent applications." It is designed for use in the application of three-dimensional structured grids and spatial implicit numerical algorithms. It implements a general distributed two-dimensional pencil decomposition for data distribution on a storage platform, which provides a highly scalable interface to perform three-dimensional distributed FFT.

2DECOMP&FFT version 1.4.682 adds a new experimental API to support application communication and compute overlap. Improved I/O libraries for refactoring code. Improved Halo-cell communication code, support for any size of global data, data structure definition using global coordinates, periodic boundary conditions. Multiple bug fixes and improvements.
