Amforth 4.5 Release Microcontroller command interpreter

Amforth is an interactive, extensible command interpreter for the Atmel AVR Atmega microcontroller series.

Extensible command interpreter for Atmel AVR Atmega microcontroller series. It has an embedded application function as well as a key. It does not rely on host applications. The command language is an almost compatible ans 94 extension, and so on. It only requires 8KB of system code memory or less. This is written in its own assembly language.

Amforth 4.5 is a clean release. There is a reference to the new identification concept, as well as a number of file updates. Many internal code applies changes. Some new words have been added.
