Compared with the fields of international artificial intelligence talents focusing on machine learning, data mining and pattern recognition, the domestic talent research field is relatively scattered.

In terms of industrial development and market application, the number of artificial intelligence enterprises in China is the second in the world. As of June 2018, it has reached 1011, but there is still a big gap with the United States, and the number of basic hardware R&D-related enterprises is relatively small.
