Edfbrowser has a converter feature that includes a built-in edf/edf+/bdf/bdf+ to an ASCII converter, a built-in Nihon Kohden to edf+ converter (including annotations), a edf+d to Edf+c converter, and a BDF (+ One EDF (+) converter, a built-in edf/edf+/bdf/bdf+ compatibility check.
