IEs 4 Linux access to Microsoft Internet Explorer easy Tools

IEs 4 Linux is a simpler tool to access Microsoft Http://www.aliyun.com/zixun/aggregation/33885.html ">ie browsers" in Linux (or other running wine operating systems). No need to click, no annoying installation process, no wine complex. With just a few simple statements, you can have three different versions of IE to test your site. And, it's free and open source.

Install IEs 4 Linux

You must first activate the universe source. I suggest you use the official WINEHQ Ubuntu package:

1) Open the terminal

2) Open/etc/apt/sources.list

sudo gedit/etc/apt/sources.list

3 Cancel the "#" comment in front of the source below, or add (if not):

Deb Http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu Gutsy Universe

4 Add this source:

Deb Http://wine.budgetdedicated.com/apt Gutsy Main

5) Close gedit. Upgrade and install wine and cabextract:

Wget-q http://wine.budgetdedicated.com/apt/387ee263.gpg-o-| sudo apt-key add-
sudo apt update
sudo apt install wine cabextract

6 Download IEs 4 Linux and install:

wget http://www.tatanka.com.br/ies4linux/downloads/ies4linux-latest.tar.gz
Tar zxvf ies4linux-latest.tar.gz
CD ies4linux-*
./ies4linux

Note: Use feisty or other earlier users to replace the "gutsy" in the source with the version you use, such as "feisty" or "edgy". If you use Kubuntu, please change the gedit to Kedit. Version 8.10, change the feisty of the source list section to Interpid.
