NEC's proprietary technology in the field of supercomputers is combined with the excellent performance and vector acceleration features of the intel® Xeon processor, such as AVX, to improve the performance of supercomputers to meet customer demand for Intel architecture products. NEC will also continue to sell its existing SX vector processor products.
