Microsoft Mango applications up to 30,000 to open the market to accept developers

According to foreign media reports, there are about 30,000 mobile applications available for Microsoft's latest Windows Phone, which Is another rapid growth since Microsoft announced 11,500 available applications in March, but it is still far from the industry leader.

Compared to other mobile platforms, iOS platform currently has about 425000 applications, the Android platform currently has about 200000.

Existing Windows Phone handset applications are available for Microsoft's latest Mango platform, and the platform is updated again, sometime next month. Hundreds of new features, such as the upcoming background music, quick application switching, and better search integration, will also appear in the next update.

Windows Phone SDK release RC version

On Monday, Microsoft opened up the developer permission to submit Mango applications to Windows Phone Markeplace. Now, the Windows Phone SDK (Software Development Kit) has been updated to 7.1 RC, and the new version of the SDK is available in both English and Japanese languages.

The new SDK includes the latest "Go Live" license, allowing developers to publish their applications to the Marketplace after they have been compiled. In addition, the new version of the SDK also provides a Test Kit and inspection tools to help developers test the development of the application before the formal submission to meet the certification requirements. From these two points of view, the new version of the SDK features gorgeous.

The official version of the SDK is about to be released in September of this year.
