MIDI Sight Reader 3.3 Publish an online music application

-fixes a bug where the bass clef key signature is maximally rendered one half space too low.
-all generated note businessesflat-out capabilities (i.e. single, Double, and chord) are now fully implemented and can is toggled On/off Individually.
