Silicon Valley News May 11, the SEC documents submitted by Sina Today show that the company has recently signed an agreement to establish the headquarters building in Zhongguancun Software Park, Haidian District, Beijing, costing about 1 billion, and is expected to be completed by 2015.

Previously, the Sina headquarters building in Beijing this February 3 this year on the Zhongguancun Software Park 2 Foundation, covers an area of 2.9 hectares, at that time, the planned floor space of about 100,000 square meters.

Sina's documents show that Sina plans to relocate major administrative offices, information technology centers and supporting management facilities to new office buildings.
