To tell you the truth, I'm surprised. Although I know the current job market is very bad, but for IT industry, there are so many people are currently unemployed, I still did not think of. If a small company like me receives so many resumes, how much will those big companies and foreign firms receive? I do not know, the current talent market in Beijing, the IT industry is the number of unemployed people? If it is the case, what about other industries?

Fabricate work experience
Perhaps because the unit recruitment now requires work experience, now the resume is a project experience, and some just graduated half a year or even 5 projects. To be honest, if there are so many projects, is it doubtful that you went to class during school? Moreover, the description of many projects is very easy to see is not completely true, or false, or even if the participation is only "participation", but actually can say that they are "director", "team leader" and so on. Please do not graduate or just graduated DDMM don't forget, now your advantage lies in school learning, learning ability, work experience is only a icing on the cake, do not cart the horse before the horse. In fact, many companies, including my small companies, are trying to cultivate new people, but if you do not let you see your academic performance, learning ability, how can I make up my mind to want you? Maybe you say that your resume just wants an interview and will do it in the interview. But if my resume is disappointing, will there be an interview?
