Twstools is a simple command-line tool for a powerful scripting Toolbox TWS API that automates work such as downloading historical data, tracking account information, or submitting orders.

Twstools version 0.3.1 fixes multiple bugs and adds some small features. The establishment of the Cygwin,linux platform now supported is fixed. Libpopt has replaced gengetopt. Adds a tool that can read twsxml files from stdin.
