What happens to Windows Live OneCare messages when you upgrade to Windows 7?

I tried to upgrade to Windows 7, but I received a message that I had to uninstall Windows Live OneCare. What should be handled?

If you cannot uninstall OneCare through Add/Remove Programs, you must download and run the OneCare cleanup utility. To do this, follow these steps:
