The two important crises faced by Zhejiang businessmen are strategic crisis and human resource crisis, and the latter is the essence of management crisis. Japan's industrial model has three characteristics, one is the extreme pursuit of perfection, almost at any cost; second, to improve and mass production of other national inventions; third, close teamwork, focus on stable, progressive innovation in the manufacturing process, rather than product breakthrough. This has made Japan, but it has plunged Japan into a bubble economy caused by a lack of strategy. And if we continue to maintain this mode of operation, then decay is inevitable. The first sign of a decline in an industry is that the industry has lost its ability to be competent, capable, and ambitious.The attractiveness of the staff, and the family business will undoubtedly accelerate this lack of attraction. Because of the scarcity of human resources, we clearly cannot devise effective strategies. And the lack of strategy also makes our innovation--basically, an enterprise innovation is nothing more than three: product innovation, social innovation and management innovation-appears very weak.
