Ethos Technologies is a IT consultantcy service provider. We are looking for a senior .NET architect and will provide opportunities to work in Sweden and Norway for several months. The candidate will be required to work with employees of Ethos Europe to help clents on the projects about system analysis and design. The candidate is also required to transfer the project development part from Europe to China.

職位說明：.NET 架構師/系統分析員

Responsibilities 
1. Be qualified to lead a team. To decide the technology trend of the company.
2. Cooperate with project managers (may involve in the process working with ethosEurope branch) and other colleagues to work on projects which includes knowledge transferring, system design.
3. Work on project modules and  compose document. Solving challenging technology problems. Instructing engineers in coding and coaching.
4. Guide lower level engineers in projects. 

Skills Requirement 
1. Strong software knowledge base, be able to build up system from the ground. Sense of leadership in technologies. 
2. At least 5 years experience in software development. Rich experience in Web based application development. At least 2 years experience in software development in .Net technologies (.NET framework, ASP.NET, C#.NET, ADO.NET).
3. Fluent in English speaking, listening, reading and writing. Strong sense of responsibility. 
4. Experience in commercial software system is a preference. Database knowledge such as Oracle or SQL Server is also helpful. Be familiar with OO technology. 
5. Good team work sprit, willing to communicate with colleagues.
