.NET 架構師 (同樣有Senior .NET Engineer and Engineer 的職位)
Responsibilities
1. Be qualified to lead a team. To decide the technology trend of the company.
2. Cooperate with project managers (may involve in the process working with ethosEuropebranch)and other colleagues to work on projects which includes knowledge transferring,system design.
3. Work on project modules and composedocument. Solving challenging technology problems.Instructing engineers in coding and coaching.
4. Guide lower level engineers in projects.
Skills Requirement
1. Strong software knowledge base, be able to build up system from the ground. Sense of leadership in technologies.Deep understanding of SOA。Experience in BizTalk is a big preference.
2. At least 5 years experience in software development. At least 2 years experience in software development in .Net technologies (.NET framework, ex. Spring.net, Microsoft Enterprise Applications Block, WebService Factory ).
3. Familiar with patterns, ex.Model View Presenter and have used Test Driven developement.
4. Fluent in English speaking, listening, reading and writing. Strong sense of responsibility.
5. Experience in commercial software system is a preference. Database knowledge such as Oracle or SQL Server is also helpful. Be familiar with OO technology.
6. Good team work sprit, willing to communicate with colleagues.
7. Experience with BizTalk is quite preferred but not must.

Our projects include Northern Europe’s largest portals entire platform upgrade and rebuild, as well as Web 2.0 websites for high-potential startups.
