Fedora8 direct yum upgrade to Fedora9 real-time recording

Install the yum-fastestmirror plug-in before upgrading to Fedora9. The speed is not ideal! However, this upgrade method does not require downloading the ISO file, but does not affect normal operations! Note: Because this computer is a company desktop, I just downloaded the RPM and started to install it when I got off work yesterday. So I connected to it through SSH today, so I can only see the CLI mode, after a simple test, the CLI mode is normal. The GUI mode is normal and has not been tested yet, but I don't think it is too much

As to whether the GUI mode is normal, it has not been tested yet, but I don't think it is too problematic. The upgrade effect should be the same as that of the ISO upgrade.

First, uninstall the third-party source.
2. Edit "/etc/yum. conf" and make sure there is no "exclude" field. If yes, cancel it!
3. Upgrade F8 to the latest version and run "yum clean all ".
