Command:
# Sudo vim/etc/ppp/peers/dsl-provider

Locate the mtu item, remove the '# "symbol, and change it to 1412.

Dialing again:
# Poff-
# Pon dsl-provider
# Plog

You can also modify the mtu value of Fedora. It is a fault caused by China Telecom.
