The NFS server is installed and configured to share the Ubuntu 12.04 and ARM files. The test is successful. This is the foundation of NFS ~~~

For detailed introduction and explanation, please refer to the NFS related introduction of "Bird brother's Linux house dish _ server erection Article 3" Download see http://www.linuxidc.net/thread-2268-1-1.html

Steps:

1. SERVER: sudo apt-get install portmap

2. server: sudo apt-get install nfs-kernel-server

3. Client: sudo apt-get install nfs-common

4. server configuration: sudo gedit/etc/exports

Add:/home/share 192.168.1. * (rw, sync, no_root_squash)

(Shared directory) (IP allowed)

(Rw permission is erasable, and ro read-only,

Sync means that the data will be synchronized to the memory and hard disk. async means that the data will be saved in the memory first, rather than directly written to the hard disk,

Open the client to use the root identity to operate the server's file system, so enable no_root_squash, root_squash is not allowed)

5. Start the server: sudo/etc/init. d/portmap restart

6. Start the server: sudo/etc/init. d/nfs-kernel-server restart

7. When the arm board is connected: Host: sudo ifconfig eth0 192.168.1.101 netmask 255.255.255.0

Arm Board: ifconfig eth0 192.168.1.102 netmask 255.255.255.0

8. mount: mount-t nfs 192.168.1.101:/home/share/mnt/hosts on the arm Board

(Host IP address and shared directory) (arm board directory)

Automatically synchronize files on the arm board after mounting

Lockd_up: makesock failed, error =-111

Mount: mounting 192.168.1.101:/home/share on/mnt/hosts failed: Connection refused

Change:

Mount-t nfs-o nolock 192.168.1.101:/home/share/mnt/hosts

3. Problems:

Mount: mounting 192.168.1.101:/home/share on/mnt/hosts failed: Device or resource busy

Solution:

This prompt is displayed when the mount command is executed. The device is running and you do not need to mount it again.

If you want to mount it again, you can first umount/mnt/hosts
