The command-line command should look like this:

./SHMCREATEZ/ZSHM 123456 ZC: Here the file name can only be a/filename form, cannot be/?? /file name in the form. The files are then automatically created in the/DEV/SHM directory

Od-c/DEV/SHM/ZSHM
