1stopt
1stOpt is very useful in nonlinear regression, curve fitting and nonlinear complex model parameter estimation. But usually we need to do a fitting analysis of multiple sets of data. So sum up the batch process of 1stopt.
Batch processing Fitting
The x and Y data are known as the following table, and try to fit the Y-x relationship of B = 1,2,3,4.
Fitting data
Fitting formula:
Figure 2-2-3 batch processing mode fit
1STOPT Code
Batchfilemodel;
Varconstant B = [1,2,3,4];
Variable x = "Codesheet1[a1:a15]", y = "codesheet1[b1:e15]";
Function y = y0+a/(w*sqrt (PI/2)) *exp (-(2* (x-x0) ^2/w^2)) +b;
Note Three points in the above code:
1 keyword "Batchfilemodel": the relationship between Y and X will be evaluated separately
2 keyword "Varconstant": Define the corresponding B value of different fitting
3 "Variable" when defining a variable, read the data directly from the Code table
