Many people are accustomed to making slides in a PowerPoint environment. If you have a ready-made handout of word handouts, you can become a PowerPoint presentation without having to open PowerPoint to re-enter the text. Because Word and PowerPoint two software are well thought out for you, you can easily convert a Word document into a PowerPoint presentation with just a few simple actions. This article offers two options for you to choose from.
• Import Word Documents
In the outline view of Word, first, create a word outline file, save it, and then open the PowerPoint program, click Insert on the menu bar, select Slides (from outline), select the Word outline document that you just saved in the Open Insert Outline dialog box, click Insert, and then The word outline document becomes a PowerPoint presentation.
The relationship is that the first level of the word outline document changes to the title of the PowerPoint presentation page, and the level two heading of the word outline document changes to the primary body of the PowerPoint presentation page. The three-level heading of the Word outline document changes to the main content in the first level of the PowerPoint presentation page, and so on.
This conversion method requires you to edit the document in Word outline view, which is not convenient for a friend who is accustomed to the word page view, so please see the dismount.
• Create a presentation directly
If you've already written in Word's page view or a previous article in Word, and want to make a slide show, you can use styles and shortcuts in Word to create your presentation directly.
Let's explain what a style is: A style is a feature that's already in word, but we rarely use it, and using style features makes it easy to create and manage a document. The Style toolbar is at the top left of the operating interface, usually with the word "body" two characters. Clicking the down arrow on the right will appear with Heading 1, Heading 2, Heading 3 ... Body "and other content. You can also hold down the SHIFT key and click the down arrow to see what happens?
Please first select the place you think you want as a slide title, and then select Heading 1, and so on. Then select Tools/Customizations on the menu bar, and then in the dialog box that pops up, choose the Commands tab, select All commands from the left window, and find the Present It command from the right window. Use the left mouse button to hold and drag "Present It" to Word's menu bar or toolbar.
Use this shortcut to directly invoke the PowerPoint program and convert the current Word document directly into a PowerPoint presentation, in outline view. When you click on "Presentit" you will find that the headings defined with the Heading 1 style are all separate slides. If you don't define a style for a Word document, is it easy for PowerPoint to take each paragraph of the document as a slide when you click [Present It]? You can then make the article in your accustomed word and easily move to PowerPoint presentations.
Of course, you can also convert any previous Word document or text you have found to a PowerPoint presentation you need. Once the manuscript has been converted, the rest of the modifications must surely be in your own right.
