Vision means that although you may be an engineer at the grassroots level, you have to be ambitious and understand the company's vision, and it's best to find the right combination. Even in a high-spending city like Beijing, where the monthly salary is higher than a certain level, the marginal effect on the individual is quickly reduced. Individuals will not be happier with thousands of or a step closer to "financial freedom", while companies will pay more for the benefits and tax-related factors. Each time a startup is forced to pay a raise, it makes the company even farther away from the goal of balancing its IPO with the quench thirst. In the last one months, I have seen several cases in which the parties, with their interests, abilities and even passions, finally gave up the opportunity to start a business because of their salary.

My advice.

3) In the first decade, your value may only be in cash now, but in the next 10 years, 20, your value is more about networking, vision and social influence. When looking for a job, don't just stare at your salary. Just stare at the salary, your life will be more and more hard.
4) More travel, seize every opportunity to travel, at the same time more on the road to meet friends. It is always better to go thousands of miles than to read books. and "Listen to June words, Sheng Read ten years book" is also often correct.
5) success requires a bit of luck, and to succeed, every decision you make is the "probability" of increasing this success. To increase the probability of success, there are four things that are most important: the first is to recognize yourself, the second is to identify the situation, the third is to look for a good environment, and the last, and most important, to find "mentor", because "mentor" will help you recognize the first three things.
