2015 Annual personal summary and plan

About March, XXXX app first phase of the basic development to complete a more stable version. Before that, I was mainly responsible for the development of the Android client of XXXX app. XXXX first phase of the development of the difficulty coefficient is relatively low, the development is relatively easy, the basic knowledge learned can basically be developed. I personally think that the development efficiency is still relatively low, here is the overall project development efficiency, not the individual responsible for the completion of the efficiency, in other words, the overall team development efficiency is not high, not to achieve efficiency. This may be a lack of coordination and communication between the team and other areas. XXXX app basically can meet the user's use (surface), but the project's Code management (nature) is messy, poor extensibility, robustness is good, compatibility is not good. This undoubtedly leads to a significant increase in the workload of development. The reasons for these problems are the lack of team project development experience, their own personal development level is limited, lack of skills. In short, my professional skills are not strong enough.

Before March, the company hired an outsourcing team to work with our team to develop quiz apps. The purpose of the company is to train the company's team and let us learn the skills of the outsourced team. In the outsourcing team's participation and guidance of the question and answer app development work is quite smooth, the team's division of labor is clear, Exchange full, coordination is better. The work of the quiz app is nearing the end, which means that the refactoring work of XXX should be stretched. The refactoring outsourcing team of the XXX app is responsible for the chat module and other coordination tasks, and the rest of the work is done by our team.

XXX's development difficulty coefficient is quite a bit high.
