The old white height is 176/2. 54 = 69.29 inch. The number 69.29 is stored in the model file. When someone else imports an old-white model file, 3dmax reads the number and sets the conversion according to the system unit of others.

3) When you export 3dmax to fbx, you can set a unit conversion.


If it is automatically checked, the current system unit is used. In this way, the height of the old white model is still 69.29 in the fbx file.
If you deselect the check box and convert the value to centimeter, the height of the old white model is 176 in the fbx file.

4) by default, udk uses the number in fbx directly as the model unit without conversion and rounding.

If the tick is removed, the value is 176 in centimeters. Of course, 176 of the old white in udk is much taller than 69.
