We all know that using shortcut keys can improve productivity quickly. Today I'm here to share 30 Photoshop secret shortcuts I've accumulated over the years. The word "secret" is used here because you can't find these shortcuts in the menu. Keep reading and you will find that these shortcuts can give you a qualitative leap in productivity. I bet there's a lot of them you don't know.
Tip: This article is all about using the Mac system, if you're using a pc, then cmd = ctrl,opt = Alt.
1. Drag selection
Using the rectangular Marquee tool, drag on the canvas (do not release the mouse), press and hold the SPACEBAR, then move the mouse, and you will find that the constituency is also moving along.
2. Left and right flow document
Hold down the CMD key and scroll the mouse up and down, and you'll find the document's scroll bar moving around (Editor's note: Of course, your document is large enough to show the left and right scroll bars).
3. Browse Font list
Position your cursor in the Font dropdown box and use the top and bottom keys on the keyboard to easily switch browsing fonts.
4. Scale font Size
Select the text you want to change the font size by pressing CMD (Ctrl) + Shift + > or < to increase/decrease the font size.
5. Use Wheel Zoom
Hold down the OPT (ALT) key and scroll the wheel up and down to scale the canvas.
6. Drag Adjustment values
Put the mouse on the input box, hold down the cmd (ctrl) key + left mouse button, drag the mouse around to adjust the value. Hold down cmd (ctrl) + OPT (ALT) + left mouse button, drag the mouse left and right can be 10 units to quickly adjust the value. This shortcut key works in all the input frame areas.
7. Use the wheel to adjust the value
Position the cursor in the input box and scroll the rollers up and down to adjust the values. (Editor's note: Also hold down the SHIFT key to adjust to 10 units). This shortcut key works in all the input frame areas.
8. Use the arrow keys on the keyboard to adjust the values
Position the cursor in the input box and press the top and bottom arrow keys on the keyboard to adjust the values. Also hold down the SHIFT key to adjust to 10 units. This shortcut key works in all the input frame areas.
9. Zoom to 100% Fast
Double-click the Zoom tool (Magnifier icon) to quickly zoom to 100% size.
10. Quickly expand or close layer groups
Hold down the cmd (ctrl) key and click on the triangle icon before the layer group to quickly expand or close a layer group.
Hold down the cmd (ctrl) + OPT (ALT) key and click on the triangle icon before the layer group to quickly expand or close all layer groups.
11. Show or hide layers in bulk
If you want to show or hide multiple layers, in addition to one click, you can also click on the eye icon and drag the mouse over the column.
12. Hide other Layers
Hold down the OPT (ALT) key and click the eye icon in front of the layer to hide all layers except this layer.
13. Browse Layer Blending mode
Hold down the OPT (Alt) +shift+ "-" or "+" keys to toggle the layer blending mode sequentially.
14. Choose a specific blending mode
Opt (ALT) +shift + c,n,m,s,d ... These shortcuts allow you to quickly switch to a specific blending mode.
For example:
normal = Opt (Alt) +shift + N
Filter = Opt (Alt) +shift + S
Positive overlay = Opt (Alt) +shift + M
color = Opt (Alt) +shift + C
15. Lock Layer Transparent pixel
Press the slash key (/) to quickly lock the layer's transparent pixels.
16. Loading Channel constituency
You may know that the cmd (Ctrl) + numeric key (1,2,3) activates the appropriate channel. CMD (Ctrl) + Opt (ALT) + numeric keys are loaded into the appropriate channel's selections. For example, pressing CMD (Ctrl) + Opt (ALT) + 4 will load the ALPHA1 channel selections.

17. Tool panel
Press the TAB key to quickly hide/show the tool panel.
18. Precise mouse pointer
The Caps lock (Caps LOCK key) key enables the mouse pointer to display in exact mode.
19. Quick Switch Tool list
You can use the SHIFT key + tool shortcuts to toggle the list of tools in turn. For example: b = Brush tool, and if you press SHIFT + B, you will switch to the Pencil tool.
20. Enlarge/Reduce brush size
With the Brush tool selected, you can enlarge/shrink the brush by pressing [or]. Press SHIFT + [or]
To increase/decrease the hardness of the brush.
21. Opacity
You can use numeric keys to quickly change the opacity (for example: 1 = 10%,2 = 20% ...). When you select the Brush tool, use the number key to change the opacity of the brush.
22. Copy Layers
Here are a few shortcut keys for duplicating layers.
1. Press and hold the cmd (ctrl) +opt (ALT) + Drag the left mouse button to quickly copy the activated layer.
2.CMD (Ctrl) +opt (ALT) + direction key (↑↓←→)
3.CMD (Ctrl) + J will duplicate the layer in its original location.
4. Hold down the OPT (ALT) key to drag the layer on the layers panel to copy the layer.
23. Stamped layer
Press cmd (Ctrl) +opt (Alt) + Shift + E to merge all visible layers into a new layer, the legendary stamp.
24. Change the working area background
The default color for the Photoshop workspace is gray. You can change the color in the following ways:
1. Choose the color you like
2. Choose Paint Bucket Tool
3. Hold down the SHIFT key and click in the workspace (the area outside the canvas).
Right-click in the workspace outside the canvas, and the background color can be selected in the pop-up menu.
25. Fill background color/foreground color
Opt (ALT) + Delete (Backspace) = fill foreground color
CMD (Ctrl) + Delete (Backspace) = Fill background color
CMD (Ctrl) + Shift + Delete (Backspace) = fill the background color in a non-transparent region
Opt (ALT) + Shift + Delete (Backspace) = fill the background color in a non-transparent region
26. Toggle document window
Ctrl+tab can be toggled between document windows.
27. Rapid establishment of constituencies
CMD (Ctrl) + click on the layer thumbnail to quickly establish the layer in addition to transparent areas of the selection.
28. Zoom from Center
When you use the Free transform tool, holding down the OPT (alt) +shift + left mouse button will transform from the center.
29. Quick Activate Straw
If you are using the Brush tool, press the OPT (ALT) key to quickly switch to the eyedropper tool. Holding down the OPT (ALT) + SHIFT key activates the color sampling tool.
30. Finally ...
Finally, if you want to view or change your own shortcut keys, press cmd (Ctrl) +opt (ALT) +k, which can be set in the Open Shortcuts panel.
