When you start a Tomcat server in eclipse, you often get a Tomcat server startup error with a 45-second timeout due to many system initialization items, and the following error occurs.
We used to find the XML configuration file, which corresponds to the value of timeout 45, and was modified to be considered large enough to solve the problem.
< Span style= "FONT-FAMILY:HELVETICA,TAHOMA,ARIAL,SANS-SERIF; font-size:14px; Line-height:25.200000762939453px "> But sometimes it's troublesome, sometimes it's not possible to find a timeout attribute value in the config file, so there's a quick workaround here.
solution:
1, double-click the corresponding server in the servers view to open the server's properties interface. such as:
2. In the Timeouts->start attribute, change the value 45 to be large enough.
3. Save the changes and restart Tomcat. If you still report a timeout error, continue with the above steps to change the start value under timeouts.
