The echo team has a total of 7 members and contributed 350 points. After discussion, we have determined a set of plans for assigning team contribution. The relevant content is recorded as follows:
I. Solution principles
1. The score distribution should reflect the true contribution of each member to the team. That is to say, the more Members who contribute, the more team members contribute, and the less members contribute.
2. The score distribution plan should fully mobilize the enthusiasm of members. That is to say, members who actively participate in the contribution of the team should be encouraged. For those who rarely participate in the contribution of the team, they should feel a sense of urgency.
Ii. Solution considerations
1. Each assignment should be rewarded with a certain score, and corresponding scores should be given to the participating members throughout the course. This helps mobilize the enthusiasm of members and alert members with low contribution.
2. At present, we cannot determine the total number of team jobs and the proportion of each job to the total number of tasks. Therefore, we cannot assign a certain score to each job.
Iii. Allocation Scheme
Based on the initial principles and related considerations, we propose a solution:
1. For each assignment, the team lead determines that it has a certain "workload ".
2. Each team assignment is claimed by the Team members. Each member involved in the entire process receives a corresponding "workload ".
3. If multiple people claim the same job and exceed the number of people required to complete the job, they should first come, first served, to determine the assignment of the job.
4. For the "workload" of each assignment, if some members think it is too high or too low, they can make corresponding adjustments based on the opinions of the team members.
5. After completing all the team projects, take the total "workload" of all members as the denominator, and take the "workload" of each member as the numerator, multiplied by the total score of the Team Project share by 350, the score is the score contributed by each team.
Iv. allocation plan description
1. Students who participate in homework will receive "workload". "workload" is an evaluation of their contribution. The assignment of team contribution is determined by the "workload.
2. If a Member does not claim a assignment, the "workload" of the member will remain the same. As the total "workload" of the team increases, the "workload" of the member will be diluted.
3. If the "workload" of students who have not contributed to the team is 0, the team will not score the contribution.
