The function of the annotation tool is to write a text annotation content in the file, which is mainly used when the file is handed over to others. You can also act as your own memo. Click on the white square in the upper right corner of the input box to close the input. After closing, only leave a boo sign on the screen. The eyedropper tool is used to draw the color of the specified position as the foreground color, and press and hold the 〖alt〗 key as the background. You can change the sampling size option in the public bar. The sampling point represents the color of the pixel at the sampling point. The 3x3 mean and 5x5 averages are represented by the color averaging of the pixels around the sample point in the 3x3 or 5x5 range.

The purpose of the measure tool is to measure the distance and angle between two points, showing the coordinates (X, Y), Angle (A), and distance (D1, D2) of the start and end points in the public bar. When there is only one straight line, the angle is calculated from the angle of the line segment to the horizontal. Distance D1 shows the distance between two endpoints.
After you finish drawing a segment, press and hold the 〖alt〗 key on one of the endpoints to pull out the second line segment, as in. At this point, the angle of the two segments will prevail. Distance between D1 and D2 shows the distance of two endpoints from the center point respectively.
