In the back of the interview with the customer, the user's performance can be roughly divided into three categories; one is to receive our phone, will be vigilant to ask us what is doing, even if we explain the intention, still be ruthless hang out; a kind of is to receive our telephone or want to chat with us, But the cries of the children around the user have seriously disturbed our interview, and a group of users know that our purpose is still very much in response to our questions, but also put forward some of our own views.

Through this telephone user interview, summed up a number of points to note:
1. Telephone interview questionnaire design of the class capacity should not be too much, time needs to be controlled in 10-20 minutes;
2. The key issues should be put forward so that even half of the interview is a valuable sample;
3. Especially when connecting the telephone, must pay attention to use the word and tone, the best can sound sweet, this can reduce the vigilance of the interview object psychology;
4. Must be resolute and courageous to hit the user's mobile phone;
5. Don't forget to make a recording during the interview so that you can finish it later.
6. For the more compatible users to use similar small gifts of material rewards, mailing the past, to maintain contact in order to facilitate follow-up visits and so on;
7. If the user has more ideas, can be appropriate to extend the interview time, we must let users enjoy, cool to the end
