A letter to employees

Dear employee:

We hire you because you can meet some of our urgent needs. We don't have to pay for it if you don't have it. However, we are confident that you need someone with the skills and experience you have and think that you are the best person to help us achieve our goals. So we gave you this position, and you readily accepted it. Thank you!

During your tenure, you will be asked to do many things: general responsibilities, special tasks, teams, and personal projects. You have many opportunities to surpass others, show your excellence, and prove to us how wise you were to hire you.

However, there is one of the most important responsibilities that your boss may never reveal to you, but you should always keep it in mind during your tenure. That is the ultimate expectation of Enterprises --

Always do what you really need, instead of waiting for others to ask you to do it.

Yes, we hire you to work, but more importantly, we hire you to think, use your judgment, and take action anytime and anywhere for the maximum benefit of the company.

If no one has mentioned this principle to you since then, do not mistakenly think it is because it is no longer important or we have changed our views. We may be unable to cope with busy daily business, unexpected changes in operations, and race against time. Our daily work practices may make you feel that this principle is no longer applicable. However, do not be blinded by this representation.
