Note here to make a special mention in the following interface users need to choose provisioning here can choose the developer of the group that profile can also select "Use local signing assets". Use local signing assets will make the IPA file work with the profile configured on the user Xcode.

"... registered devices" means you have to add the iphone to "devices" in advance. The original ad hoc does not allow you to install apps to any iphone but allows you to install apps without using Xcode for "registered devices" remember
