1, letter case Conversion
If you have English content in a Word 2007 document, should be unified in the case of English words, you can select in the document to change the English content, and then on the Start tab, in the Font Options group, click the Change Size button, in the Open Drop-down list to execute the appropriate command, The first 5 commands are used to standardize the case of letters, as shown in Figure 1.

In general, the first letter of the English content should be capitalized, if you do not pay attention to this format requirement when entering some English content, you can change the first letter of each sentence in the English text to uppercase by executing the "first letter of sentence" command, as shown in Figure 2. Of course, the user can also execute other commands to complete the appropriate conversion.

Also, in a Word document, you can use the "Shift" + "F3" key combinations to make it more efficient to convert English word capitalization. When you select an English word, press the "Shift" + "F3" key combination multiple times, and the system converts between the first letter of each word, all caps, and all lowercase, based on the case of the currently selected word.
2, full/half angle conversion
In a long document written in Word 2007, it is possible to avoid the phenomenon of full-width and half-width use of numbers, punctuation, and so on, in order to make the entire article more canonical, you can also use Word's conversion function for full/half-width conversion.
First, you can do the conversion in the document by selecting what you want to convert, and then performing the change size | full-width command (change size | half-width command) to complete the corresponding transformation, as shown in Figure 3, which converts half corners in the document to Full-width.
