A Practical map composed of mindmanager commands

This book does not describe all commands of mindmanager one by one, but tries to introduce the deep content of Mind Map to readers. But the inevitable problem is that we have to use the mindmanager operation interface and many mindmanager commands. Mindmanager uses the ribbon menu, which may make some readers uncomfortable, here, we will introduce the mindmanager interface and commands to you in the form of a map. On the one hand, it is easy to enhance reading graph exercises, and on the other hand, it can also help you become more familiar with mindmanager.

File Operation commands

In the upper left corner of the mindmanager interface, there is a "mindmanager button" (File Operation Command) icon. This icon is actually a button for file operation commands, as shown in Figure 2-10. When you move the mouse over the icon, a display box is displayed, indicating the purpose of the icon and Its drop-down menu.

Click the "mindmanager button" icon. Just Like clicking the traditional drop-down menu, a set of commands are displayed. Many Commands include subcommands or dialog boxes. Figure 2-11 shows a map of the main commands in the orchestration mode of the original menu. These commands are similar to the file operation commands of most office software, which are not described here. The reading sequence of this graph is arranged clockwise. You can refer to the corresponding menu opened on the mindmanager interface to read this graph.

Common commands

The strip function interface of mindmanager contains eight functional areas, each of which has a series of commands. To facilitate user operations, some commands are repeated in different functional areas. Here we take the "home" (General Command) ribbon functional area as an example. It contains the most common commands in mindmanager and can be translated as "General Command ribbon functional area ". Click the tab of each functional area to bring up the commands for the corresponding functional area. Click the "home" tab. The displayed result is 2-12.

Make all the commands in the "home" ribbon functional area into a map, as shown in 2-13, you can clearly see the composition of all the commands in this functional area. "Formatting" is a familiar font setting command. It is more concise to use charts and dashboard expressions. Try to compare figures 2-12 and 2-13. It is worth noting that some sub-commands have sub-commands at the next level, just as the sub-branches in the graph can be further subdivided into sub-branches. Here we just list the main commands.

It is not difficult to make all the blocks and commands into a map, but only the commands in the General Command functional area are provided here. In the next chapter "Chao Yun muyu", we will show you how to create a map by yourself. We can show the commands in the other seven functional areas in the form of a map.
