Final effect:
1, open Photoshop to create a 1280 x 800 pixel size file.
2, add a new layer, fill with white. On the premise that the foreground color is black with a white background color, turn on the filter > Texture > Texture, and refer to the following figure to set the parameters.
3, load the paper grain material, put it on all layers above, and then set the opacity to 75%. The blending mode is a positive overlay.
4, below load the character material, puts under the paper grain layer. Then open the Layer > Layer group so that this photo is in one of the groups. Select the group, and then open the Layer > Layer Mask > Hide all.
5, go online to download some decadent or splash brush, and then use one of the brushes, choose white on the screen smear, you will find the original picture under the brush appears.
6, a different brush and then smear again.
7, continue to apply until the screen shows you satisfied with the effect.
8, add a new layer, placed under the group, and then use different watercolor brushes, dip different color smear, make strokes effect, such as pink, blue, yellow, refer to the figure below.
9, now adjust the color of the screen. Select the character layer, then open the image > Adjust > Photo filter, select the heating filter (85), concentration 55%, and check the retention transparency option.
10, select the image again, then open the filter > Art effect > Dry brush, set the parameters according to the figure below.
In order to focus the viewer's attention on the screen, you can also choose to reduce the transparency of the paper layer, the following picture is I will reduce the transparency to 40% of the effect.
