Method One:

After you have finished using the terminal command line to complete the MacOS installation USB drive, make sure. Iaproductinfo file to the root of the USB drive (not the EFI partition)

Sudo/applications/install\ macos\ Sierra.app/contents/resources/createinstallmedia--volume/volumes/sierra-- Applicationpath/applications/install\ macos\ Sierra.app--nointeraction

Method Two:

Re-partition the installation after full formatting.
