About placeholder's compatibility issue in 360 chrome

Placeholder does not need to be introduced. Let's take a look at the following two input controls. They are both password input boxes. One has the placeholder attribute, and the other has no:

If you use 360chrome for browsing, this will happen:

Wrong location

But when the mouse triggers the focus, it is normal again.

Finally, if the placeholder attribute is added to the input box, the entered content does not reach the control length.

And the control without the placeholder attribute is normal.

These two problems are currently only found on 360 chrome. Although 360 chrome uses the chrome24 kernel, I tested it with the native chrome24 kernel and did not find the same problem, therefore, this bug should be caused by Chrome 360.
