About the Anaconda pip installation steps

The Anaconda software provides a great way to install Python. First, download the opencv_python-3.3.0-cp35-cp35m-win_amd64.whl file online, download the address: http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/#opencv

Again, open the prompt.

When open, enter the location where you installed anaconda3\scripts: D:\Users\miclover\Anaconda3\Scripts, carriage return.

At my place, I install python3.5. Put it in the TensorFlow.

Then, input, pip install D:\USERS\MICLOVER\OPENCV_PYTHON-3.3.0-CP35-CP35M-WIN_AMD64.WHL (you download the file address, save the location on the computer address), enter, wait for installation.
