About the Photoshop brush thing

1 Brush settings and shortcut keys

First you need to know the shortcut keys for common functions

Caps lock key Toggles normal and precise cursors (Figure 1)

Change the size and hardness of the brush: Cmd/ctrl key + ALT + Right button drag (drag around to change the size, drag up and down to change the hardness)

The number key changes the opacity of the brush (Figure 2)

Press SHIFT + Number key to change brush flow (Figure 2)

Switch brushes with the < > key

CMD + ALT + CTRL (press CTRL + ALT + SHIFT key on PC), press and hold right button to appear the HUD Color picker (Figure 3)

2 definition Brushes

Create a graphic that you often use. Menu panel Editing-defines brush presets. When you create a brush, the color of the graphic is ignored.
