Chromebook is becoming more and more popular, especially in the education market. As one of Chromebook's major hardware vendors, Acer may soon be bringing its own two new products. A few days ago, the configuration of Acer C740 and C910 Chromebook was exposed to the media.
It is said that the two models will be equipped with larger screens, while the machine's durability will also be improved so that they can withstand more brutal use. Given that the main audience of the product is the student, this promotion looks really necessary.
The 11.6-inch Acer C740 Chromebook is rumored to be equipped with a metal brushed enclosure and enhanced hinge, the fifth-generation Intel Core Broadwell processor, the 1366x768 resolution display, the highest 32GB storage space, the highest 4GB memory, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB 3.0,SD card reader, HDMI interface, 8.5-hour endurance. The price of the equipment is expected to be around 250 dollars (about 1550 yuan).
Another C910 is rumored to be using a similar configuration, but the screen increases to 15.6 inches and provides an optional 1920x1080 resolution. In addition, the model may also offer an optional Intel Celeron or core™ i3 Broadwell processor.
Acer is expected to release the two new products next March.
