Although I realized the pressure in my heart, I did not really realize that the problem would come so quickly. 2. The stable performance of our school in the past few years is largely attributed to the large-scale simulated competition before the competition, which makes our team members play stably and well. This is because there were not many public competitions in the past, and most schools had fewer opportunities to exercise. HDU relied on hdoj and everyone to find the source of the question. Many competitions could be trained by themselves, therefore, our competition results are better. In the past two years, with the increase of open competitions for various OJ including hdoj, the teams in different schools do not have to worry about the lack of opportunities for exercises. On the contrary, there may be more competition opportunities than we do (they do not have many competitions on their own, and they cherish the open competitions of other OJ players. In addition to the competition that we specify as mandatory, most players do not take the initiative to seek competition opportunities, and the training initiative has already won the first round ). 3. over-emphasized competition-based training model. There is nothing wrong with this training mode, but the premise of this mode is that the players already have a good foundation or can consciously complete the training of various topics, and then discover the knowledge blind spots through the competition, after the game, you can actively supplement and consolidate the resources in a timely manner to achieve the goal of progress. However, the HDU status quo is: Most of the team members have no foundation before, but they have not yet completed special training. The worst thing is that few people have promptly completed knowledge vulnerabilities after the game, and the consequence is: the competition is very hard, the basic skills are not solid, the level of progress is very slow, the competition performance is naturally not satisfied, the self-confidence is ultimately suffering ...... 4. For the Development and Influence of hdoj, it took me a lot of energy and many main players. I was mainly considering the revision of OJ, and the main players were mainly busy having questions for external schools, these events are just in conflict with the training time of the provincial competition, so many main players are exhausted. This is my great responsibility. In the future, I will try my best to seek help from the old players. If I can't, I will simply let it go. 5. failed in mentoring training mode. I am fan of an empirical mistake, because HDU's old team members have many successful mentoring precedent, therefore, during these two years of training, I also assigned a dedicated instructor for each new team member. However, the actual results are not satisfactory: the main reason is that the apprentice lacks the initiative to learn. Most new players seldom take the initiative to ask the master about training methods, methods, and even questions, the master is also embarrassed to criticize apprentices who have not been carefully trained. 6. The pursuit of performance is too impetuous. Maybe it's because I gave up everything and almost did this. I always wanted to give my leaders, family members, students, and myself an explanation with good grades, the subconscious puts too much pressure on yourself. In his summary, Hu Hao pointed out his impetuous mentality and thought about it carefully. Why am I not? The previous HDU-acflow games made up by Zhou Tianya were not smooth, so I can wait for them for the whole summer vacation (it is the kind of self-confidence that they can do it). Now, the HDU-ravages of Hu Hao's leader is not playing well in just a few games. I am a little confused. Although the latter is the current main team with greater responsibilities, it is clear that, my mentality has gone wrong. My attitude and mood changes have put too much pressure on all the team members. I should review this important question. 7. over-emphasizing the active training attitude of the team members, more players are expected to arrange their own training based on their plans and materials, ignoring the fun nature and strong inertia of the students, this method imitates many strong schools, but the reality is that the basics and self-discipline of the players are different. I will increase my supervision in the future. 8. The culture of the training team gradually disappears and the attraction of the training team is lacking. In the past, the training team often gave lectures or group activities. Now, with the expansion of the training scale, it is very inconvenient to carry out the activities, and many activities are slowly canceled. I will gradually restore the old good tradition, we hope that the training team will become the Spiritual Home of everyone in the past. 9. excessive emphasis on the fairness of the qualifications, while ignoring the solid cultivation of players' abilities. Because the competition qualification can be determined fairly based on the overall ranking of the competition, multiple competitions have been used for ranking over the past few years. This method is true in itself, but the operation details are not weekly-too many times in the rankings, so that the team members are under too much pressure due to the need to compete for the qualifications, and have no idea how to lay the foundation step by step. 10. There is no way to manage "good child" players. Here the so-called "good child" type players refer: good character, good character, good performance, no late, no absent, harder than most students, willing to participate but not strong, designated competition will participate but not consolidated after the competition, often if you do not have the necessary skills, you will be willing to accept criticism, but will not improve your performance. These well-behaved child players are widely used in 08 girls and most 09 players (I still haven't recruited ......). Finally, I would like to ask the team members to think about it:-your competitor is a member of the top-notch and top-notch Universities in China. How many times does HDU count? -Compared with the basics, strong schools often submit oi students.
