When editing a document, you always encounter a large number of strange symbols to enter, but it is not easy to enter these symbols, usually by inserting symbols to enter, but not directly from the keyboard to enter these symbols, but fortunately Microsoft in WORD2010 also provides an automatic correction function. I can use the WORD2010 AutoCorrect feature to enter symbols into the WORD2010 document.
Add AutoCorrect to common symbols in WORD2010
First, open the WORD2010 document, and in the symbol Project group in the Insert Ribbon, click the Symbol button, and then click the other symbol.
In the second step, select the symbol in the Open Symbol dialog box that you want to add the AutoCorrect entry (for example, ≌), and then click the AutoCorrect button.
In the third step, in the Open WORD2010 AutoCorrect dialog box, select the AutoCorrect tab, replace the replacement key that you want to use in the replacement input (for example = = =), click the Add button.
Step fourth, return to the Symbol dialog box and continue adding AutoCorrect entries for other symbols. When you are finished setting, close the Symbol dialog box.
In simple four steps, I have added autocorrect for symbols that need to be entered frequently in WORD2010, and the WORD2010 document will automatically be corrected to the ≌ number as soon as you enter = =.
