Add layers in alicloud designer

In layer stack manager, you must first click an existing layer (such as top layer), and then click Add layer or add plane to add a layer.

Can you tell me the settings for Layer 4, 5, and 8? What are the requirements?

General hierarchical solution:
4 layers top --- GND---VCC --- bottom key signal priority top layer.
6 laminated S1---GND---S2---S3---VCC---S4 low speed design.
8-layer top --- S1---GND---S2---S3---VCC---S4 --- bottom has a variety of ways to set up, such as can increase the Gnd/VCC layer.
