1, add "Restart" command in the right-click menu
Press Win+r, enter "regedit" to open Registry Editor, and select Hkey_classes_rootdirectoryshell subkey. Under this subkey, create a new reset subkey. Sets the key value entry to "reboot".
Under Reset subkey, create a new subkey named command, set the key value of the subkey to Shutdown–r–t 1–c "reboot in 1 Seconds"
Logging off or restarting your computer will take effect, and when you right-click any folder, you'll see a "reboot" command in the pop-up right-click menu.
2, add "empty Recycle Bin" command in the right key menu
